The following services are non-refundable:

  • Services that are in progress and have been active for more than 30 days.
  • Services that have been terminated due to a breach of our terms and conditions by the client.
2. Dispute Resolution

If a client disputes a refund decision, the parties shall work together in good faith to resolve the dispute. If the dispute cannot be resolved, either party may initiate arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

We reserve the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
